From the start of our home construction, the Evergreen team was hands-on, with great communication throughout the process. They delivered as promised and contrary to common belief, we actually came in UNDER budget ...never thought that would happen. What I really liked, and needed, was their expertise in identifying areas of possible cost savings, as well as places to consider spending more in order to improve long-term market value. The finished product was great and the post move-in punch list is actually quite short. We did have several issues along the way, but they were quick to resolve, which is all I could ask for. Evergreen will build my next house as well!

We had hired Evergreen to build a custom home at The Cliffs at Mountain Park and we could not be more excited with the results. The Evergreen team understood our vision and assembled a great team of contractors that successfully executed our dream home. Our project manager was great and worked with us with any changes and was always available to answer our numerous questions.

We called Doug with Evergreen to do an extensive renovation on our home, which included gutting the existing structure and adding a second story. I was pregnant, so I anxious about getting the job completed in a timely manner. I was SO overwhelmed with scope of the job and the design process. My husband and I braced ourselves for what we thought would be a nightmare (as most have come to expect of a building process), however, this was not the case when it came to working with Doug and his team. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Evergreen- they have a person to handle each component of the building process, making it a seamless and truly enjoyable experience for us! Ashley, the Operations Manager, is a saint- she always responded to any questions or concerns promptly. She's their secret weapon behind the scenes- coordinating meetings, managing the budget, estimates and a little bit of anything in between! Tony was great when it came to handling permits and the Architectural Review Board, by dealing with the unpleasant aspects of the building process, so we didn't have to. Mostly, we've been so impressed with how the job was managed, which I contribute to our wonderful Project Manager, Jeff. Any issues that may have arisen were handled immediately and Jeff worked tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly and made sure that we were happy along the way. The subcontractors that they use provide excellent quality of work and have been wonderful to work with as well. We've been so happy with how our house turned out and have received a ton of compliments on how wonderful the house looks after it's transformation! If you're in the market for a builder in Greenville, go with Evergreen! You won't be disappointed!

We were very pleased with the renovation of our home, everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. In fact, we loved the company so much my husband went to work with Evergreen a year later. Now that's satisfaction!!

Doug and his entire team at Evergreen were great to work with and I am very pleased with our new house. They worked well with the architect to make sure all the detail work was done as designed, and always were available to go over any questions I had. The team of subcontractors were also excellent, especially the carpenters who were able to handle some complicated customizations.
